Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied, ltem can be returned in good condition with original packaging within 30 days. You can request for a refund or replacement. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip with the requested RMA number.

All Core Systems come with Twelve (12) Months Warranty and Consumable Items / Accessories come with Two (2) Months Warranty.

Eg. Consumable Items / Accessories :   Earphone, Microphone

This limited warranty covers faulty materials or workmanship. The Guarantee will be void if the system has been tampered with, modified, misused or subject to neglect.
